An Academic AEPPS.
AEPPS members stick together. There is always an AEPPS memeber willing to give feedback on academic endeavors or share his or her own experiences. We even provide an audience to practice presentations, job talks, and mock dissertation defenses.
A Social AEPPS.
Our quarterly social events provide opportunities for our members to meet new friends, network with colleagues, and develop relationships across disciplines. We are certain that new AEPPS members will meet someone with similar interests and experiences. More, new AEPPS members are sure to meet someone whose experiences and talents teach them something new.
As members of AEPPS, students are part of a network of future professionals in their field. Consider AEPPS a set of resources on which members can draw for collaborative work on a research paper or even future employment opportunities.
